How many people can we sit at round tables in Tapestry Hall?

500 guests at tables of 10.

When do we have access to the space?

Q:

On Friday, Saturday or Sunday you access from 10 am, Monday thru Thursday timing is determined upon signing of contract.

Q:

Where is your bridal suite?

Q:

In Tapestry Hall we use the Mezzanine as our bridal suite, in Tap Room a bridal suite is located on the third floor.

Q:

What is the deal with that sculpture on the ceiling and can we remove it?

Q:

No can’t remove it, as it is part of all that makes Tapestry Hall unique. Meander is considered living architecture, designed by world renowned architect Philip Beesley it is an immersive installation that is the largest permanent structure of its kind in the world.

Q:

Can I book an event in the Mezzanine at the same time as an event in Tapestry Hall?

Q:

No, the Mezzanine can not be booked at the same time as an event in Tapestry Hall however it can be booked by itself as a standalone venue when there are no events in Tapestry Hall. It can also be used as a VIP section, a breakout space, an area for additional seating etc.

What happens if there is an event in Tapestry Hall and the Tap Room on the same day?

Q:

Your event will be focused in the space you have rented and the Foyer will be considered common ground for both venue spaces.

Can I bring in outside catering?

Q:

No.

What if we don’t want alcohol?

Q:

No problem we offer zero proof cocktails and dry events.

What days do you have available?

We are available for rentals Monday through Sunday but have to check our calendars to make sure your date is not already booked

Can I use outside vendors?

Q:

Of course you can, except when it comes to food and drink.

Can we hang someone from the cranes?

Q:

Yes we encourage cirque style performances in the space.

Q:

Can we hang things on the walls?

Q:

Yes and no. You can use magnetic hangers to hang things from certain areas within our venues, however you cannot use tape, gum, nails or tacks to hang anything.

Are your spaces wheelchair accessible?

Q:

Yes.

Can we bring in a DJ or live band?

Q:

Please do.

Do you have high chairs?

Q:

Yes we have 8 of them.

I need a bigger stage, is that possible to get?

Q:

For sure, we can certainly provide you with a larger stage for a fee.

Q:

What type of lighting is part of my venue rental?

Q:

Your booking does have a stage wash but we can upgrade your lighting to suit your design wants.
